Paul Oviasogie, owner and founder of PAC Performance LLC. has always had a simple mission: motivate, inspire, and train young athletes to reach their full potential — both on the court and in life.

Through PAC Performance he brings more than just basketball training. He focuses on building confidence, discipline, and resilience so athletes can grow into leaders on and off the floor. His approach blends skill development with life lessons, giving every athlete the tools to handle adversity, stay motivated, and push past their limits.

What drives Paul is purpose. He’s faced challenges of his own, and those experiences help fuel his passion to guide the next generation. He believes every young athlete deserves a chance to chase their dreams, discover their “why”: and become the best version of themselves.
